Privacy & Data Protection
Privacy is at the core of TunerBee. We believe you should be in full control of your data. Here's how we protect it.
EU Data Residency
All data is stored within the European Union. Voice-based LLM processing takes place in Belgium. Other data is stored in Belgium or Amsterdam. Your data never leaves the EU.
Session Data
Transcripts, voice recordings, and media generated during a session are contained within that session and are not shared. This data can be stored for up to 7 days for security reasons and is then permanently deleted.
Insights & Summaries
Summaries and insights are constructed from session data. In interview scenarios, insights are shared with both the candidate and the company. Both parties can delete insights. For companies, insights are automatically deleted after 12 months.
Candidate Control
Candidates can revoke an interview at any time, even after completion. Revoking an interview also removes all associated insights from the company's view. You are always in control of your data.
Personal Scenarios
For personal training scenarios, live session data follows the same 7-day retention policy. Summaries and insights are stored as long as your account is active.
AI & LLM Disclaimer
TunerBee uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents embedded throughout the software, in voice sessions and most other features. LLM technology is non-deterministic and can occasionally produce incorrect or unusual behaviours.
Safeguards
Our platform includes safeguards against unacceptable prompting or voice behaviours. Strong profanity and other inappropriate behaviours during AI-led voice sessions can trigger warnings in our platform or our partner platforms.
Data Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your data at any time. We believe in minimal data retention and only keep what's necessary.
International Transfers
TunerBee AS is headquartered in Norway (EEA). We may transfer personal data to third countries where our subprocessors are located, primarily the United States. All such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
EU/EEA data subjects: Transfers to the US are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
UK data subjects: Transfers of UK personal data to the US are governed by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, as issued by the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Where a subprocessor participates in the UK-US Data Bridge, that mechanism applies.
EEA to UK and UK to EEA transfers: Covered by mutual adequacy decisions. No additional safeguard required.
A full list of our subprocessors and the transfer mechanism applicable to each is available on our Subprocessor Registry.
Supervisory Authorities
If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Subprocessors
We use third-party service providers (subprocessors) to help us operate the TunerBee platform. These subprocessors process personal data only on our instruction and are bound by data processing agreements.
A full list of our current subprocessors, including the personal data they process and the safeguards in place for international transfers, is available on our Subprocessor Registry.
We will provide notice of any material changes to our subprocessor list in accordance with our customer DPA notification obligations.
