The Founders
André has more than 23 years of professional experience in software development, 30 years if childhood programming is included. He has served in C-level positions and as a software architect.
Over the past 6-7 years, André has focused extensively on AI-driven systems, building machine learning models for advanced analytics and intelligent software solutions.
Joachim brings over 25 years of experience as a designer and illustrator, including 20 years working in the United States.
With a deep understanding of visual communication, branding, and storytelling, Joachim contributes a human-centred design philosophy to TunerBee.
Why TunerBee Exists
We believe that while AI will automate many tasks, it will not replace the importance of human dialogue anytime soon.
The conversations that matter most require more than good intentions. They demand practice and honest feedback. In reality, that kind of feedback is rare. TunerBee makes it structured and accessible.
By embedding AI deeply into the product architecture, we enable scalable, structured feedback loops for spoken communication, while keeping the human at the centre.
